Our Strength & Conditioning Camp will be well rounded with the opportunity to learn, grow, build confidence and work ethic. Learn proper movement & exercise patterns, while progressing the student athletes ability regardless if for sport or fun.
We will perform an initial athletic assessment. We will teach and perform resistance training, olympic lifts, speed and agility drills. We may also include a visit, 1 day each week, of swimming for a few hours to the CECIL T HUNTER COMMUNITY SWIMMING POOL (.4 MILES AWAY FROM OUR TRAINING FACILITY).
Lunch is included. During lunch we will watch a movie and/or play games.
YOUTH AGES 8 - 16 ARE WELCOME.
If participating and you are within the age range, and you have a family member who is at least 7 and above, then they are welcome to participate too at the per participant rate.
CAMP WILL TAKE PLACE MONDAY - THURSDAY
9:00AM - 3:00PM
Camp is $160 / wk per PARTICIPANT
