APRIL is here, as well as the time to STAY AT HOME more now than usual due to COVID-19. No better time than now to share some workouts with you, while you're completing those home projects and spending lots of time with the family 🙂
These workouts will be shared with guidance through each movement pattern at least for the 1st round. By the end of the week you will have worked your entire body. This is for all who choose to progress their health. These movements can be performed with minimal equipment or no equipment at all. The workouts posted will not be as elaborate as they are when you are training with us in person. However, we still wanted to provide some exercises to keep you going in the meantime.
EXERCISE is the #1 Prescription to better health. Understand you will benefit from the workout, only as much effort as you put into your performance. The WARMUP and the STRETCHES will always be provided in a separate video. They are always recommended to be performed prior to every session each day. The WARMUP and the STRETCHES are part of every workout. PLEASE familiarize yourself with this 😊 SAFETY Alert! Make sure you are cleared to exercise. If so, please go at a pace that is comfortable for you. Remember, these are recommendations. Adjust where necessary.
