Our coaches take your fitness goals seriously. We understand that losing weight and gaining muscle can be challenging, and our goal is to help you overcome hurdles and reach your goals. We analyze your body type, BMI, and metabolism, to create your individualized plan regardless if training privately or in s small group. We coach and give guidance on specific movements adjusted to your ability. We bring the athlete out of you. At MOVE PERIOD we do more than lift weights. We offer strength and conditioning which encompasses the entire development of the body for our clients. This includes strength training, plyometrics, speed, agility, endurance, core stability and mobility.
We are a team of professionals with almost 20 years of experience in Kinesiology and Exercise Science. We believe that the greatest impact can be obtained by combining our efforts and diverse knowledge. This may include improving the physical abilities of an individual, taking an athletic team to a higher level of performance, or generating the overall knowledge and understanding to lead a healthier lifestyle.
